About Us

The Indiana Chargers baseball organization was established near Elkhart, IN in 2008.  The program grabbed the attention of high level talent out of the Elkhart area from 2008-2018.  Since 2017 the organization has relocated and is currently based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

The organization is based upon player development both on and off the field. The Indiana Chargers have two aspects of player development.

1. Our off-season training emphasizes the importance of arm care, velocity training, the development of baseball fundamentals, and strength and conditioning.  The off-season program is available for ALL players to come and train in the off-season at Diamond Performance Academy (our indoor training facility) located in Fort Wayne, IN. The facility includes 2 cages, ply wall, band wall, turf area for infield and long toss, and a huge weight room. our goal is to help players prepare to showcase their skills for the high school and summer seasons.

2. We have 15, 16, 17U travel baseball teams that compete throughout the Midwest during the summer, proceeding the high school season, where players have an opportunity to play against high level talent and showcase skills to college scouts. Since 2008 191+ Charger players have gone on to compete at the collegiate level including 7 professionals.  This is an average of about 15 players per year reaching the college level!

The Indiana Chargers organization strives on providing players with a DIFFERENT training and playing experience to help decrease injury, optimize performance, and to prepare players for future life endeavors.  All coaches and instructors are currently playing college baseball or have played college or professional baseball. NO dads coach in our program.

The 2020-2021 offseason is slated for over 90+ hours of baseball skill development (arm care, fielding, hitting, and strength and conditioning.
