Program Details:

  • 3 weeks of functional training

    • October 7th - Day 1 SPAS Camp​
    • October 14th - Day 2 SPAS Camp

    • October 21st - Day 3 SPAS Camp

  • 16-week workout program

    • November 5-February 25th 2019 

  • Final Testing

    • February 24th 2019
